I have a Xerox Phaser 6130N. When I upgraded my Mac OS it would no longer print black & white, only color. Three different help personnel gave me three different explanations and no one could solve the problem. In addition, when I replaced a cartridge the printer started leaving a red line down the edge of every sheet printed. All help personnel agreed that I had a defective cartridge, and each said he or she had entered a request that I be sent a replacement. This was last Spring, and nothing has ever arrived. I gave up and switched to other printers, but I resent having invested in a quality color laser with inadequate tech support. When I got an email inquiry asking for feedback on my service, I wrote a detailed account of my dissatisfaction and included my contact information, but I never had any response to that either. If Xerox can't solve these problems and improve its tech support, I'd like my money refunded so I can replace it with one that is satisfactory.
